How do I place an order?

It's very easy to place an order on Joseffa’s website. Once you have selected the size and colour of your favourite item, click on the button with the shopping cart underneath the item. When you have finished adding items to your shopping cart, connect to PayPal using your account details and follow the instructions. You will be able to pay either by using your PayPal account or by using one of the listed credit or debit cards. After your payment has been accepted by PayPal, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. We will send you another e-mail when your order has been shipped.

What will happen with my personal details?

Your personal details will only be used for the purposes of managing your order, the after-sales service and for sending you information about Joseffa. We will not store your payment details and will never pass on your details to third parties. For further information, please consult our Privacy Policy.

Which products are available on Joseffa’s web shop?

This webshop features a selection of items from the Joseffa collection. Each item is unique. Unfortunately, there might be instances where your favourite article is not available any more. This is because an article could be purchased by a customer at any time. We strive to replace our stock on a daily basis and can assure you that we will make more unique products available on the webshop very soon!

How do I choose the right size?

Each article being unique, only one size is available for each product. The size is displayed on the picture of the item. In order to define which size will fit you best, please take the time to compare your own measurements with our measurement chart. Choose the size in which all measurements are either larger or the same as yours. That way, you're sure you will feel comfortable and pretty!

How can I be certain that my order has been placed?

As soon as your order has been placed and payment has been confirmed, you will receive an e-mail confirming your order. You will then receive another e-mail as soon as your package has been shipped.

In which countries can I place orders online?

Currently, Joseffa delivers to Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and the United Kingdom It is currently not possible to place an order from or deliver products to a different country.

Can I also place an order for my company through this website?

Can I buy a Joseffa product to offer as a gift and have it delivered?

You can buy a Joseffa product as a gift and either offer it personally or have it delivered to the person of your choice. Please contact us at atelier@joseffa.com to receive a customized certificate bearing the unique identification number of your gift.

Can I also buy Joseffa gift voucher in the web shop?

Yes, you can also buy a Joseffa gift voucher in the webshop. Gift vouchers can be redeemed against articles sold online. They remain valid for a period of one year.

Gift vouchers cannot be returned and may not be exchanged for cash or any other payment, not even partially.

The code on the gift voucher can be used in the online order process. After reviewing and confirming your order, put the code printed on the gift voucher in the ‘gift vouchers’ field in the shopping cart during the checkout process. Purchases are deducted from the gift voucher balance.

Where can I use Joseffa gift vouchers?

What is the difference between a gift voucher and a gift certificate?

Gift certificates are issued by Joseffa. They bear the unique identification number of the product you wish to offer. Gift certificates do not have a value, they are a personal attention that you can include it with your gift with a special note for the beneficiary.

Gift vouchers can be bought on the webshop and have the value you decide to give them. They can be redeemed against articles sold online.

Why is the amount of a gift card limited to €250?

The maximum amount of a gift card is limited to € 250 for security reasons. If you wish to buy a gift card for a higher amount, you have the possibility to order multiple gift cards by changing the number you put in your basket.

How long are gift cards valid?

Joseffa gift vouchers are valid for a period of 1 year.

Can I return a gift card?

Gift vouchers cannot be returned and may not be exchanged for cash or any other payment, not even partially.

Payment, Deliveries & Returns

How can I pay on the Joseffa website?

In order to pay for your purchases on this site, you can choose from the following payment methods: PayPal, credit cards as specified on the PayPal page

Are my payments secure?

To ensure that your payments are secure, we chose to work with PayPal. The security system used by PayPal is one of the most reliable and secure systems in the world. Joseffa does not have access to the confidential payment details of our customers, nor do we save these details.

What if my payment is declined?

A payment can only be declined by your bank; this has nothing to do with Joseffa. Depending on the payment method you have chosen, you will also be given a reason for the refusal. You can then contact your bank or select a different payment method.

Your order will only be processed once your payment has been confirmed.

Can you send me an invoice made out to my company?

You will receive an electronic invoice for each purchase. However, if you wish to receive an invoice which is made out to your company, please contact us at atelier@joseffa.com.

How will my purchases be delivered?

You can opt for delivery to an address of your choice (your home, work or other). Joseffa will deliver your purchase using the bpack service of the Belgian post.  

How much do you charge for delivery?

We offer free delivery on orders over €250. For other orders, the following rates apply:

  • Total order amount up to €60: delivery charge € 8.70  
  • Total order amount between €60 and €150: delivery charge €13
  • Total order amount between €15 and €250: delivery charge €20

When will my order be delivered?

Joseffa will make every effort to deliver your order as quickly as possible. In principle, an order placed on a working day will be delivered within 48 hours in Belgium and within 72 hours in other countries. Please note that an order placed at the weekend will only be processed on Monday.

During busy periods, such as the end of the year or during the sales, delivery may take a little longer.

How will you keep me informed of the delivery status of my order?

As soon as we dispatch your package, we will send you an email with an -Tracker code, to allow you to follow the process of your parcel.

What happens if I am not at home when the carrier tries to deliver my order?

bpost will attempt to deliver the parcel to you a second time on the day after the unsuccessful first attemps. In certain cases, a 3rd delivery can be arranged for. If you fail to arrange a new delivery within 3 weeks of confirming the order, or if you are once again absent when bpost tries to redeliver, the order will be returned to Joseffa. We will then contact you to arrange the delivery of your order. In this case, you may be asked to pay the additional delivery costs.

Which conditions must be satisfied by a product I wish to return?

A product which you wish to return must satisfy the following conditions:

  • It must be in new condition.
  • It must be include the Joseffa brand label.
  • It must be unworn, unwashed and undamaged.
  • It must be packaged in a sufficiently sturdy box (we recommend neutral, not showing a logo), so that we receive the product in an undamaged condition.

How can I return an order?

Within 14 calendar days of receipt of your order, copy the “Order Cancellation Form” that can be found on Joseffa’s website under “Return Policy”, complete it and send it to Joseffa in one of the following ways: 

  • by email to atelier@joseffa.com
  • by pasting it into the Contact Form that can be found under "Find Us!"
  • by postal mail to Joseffa, Rue de la Fontaine 3, 1495 Sart-Dames-Avelines, Belgium

Within 14 days of completing the Order Cancellation Form, you must return your order accompanied by the original sales invoice (of which you must retain one copy) and the fully completed returns document. Please use the below address and a tracked shipment method:

Please note: any returns for which the sender cannot be identified will be refused, so make sure you always enclose the Order Cancellation Form. No returns can be accepted at the Joseffa workshop. Returns outside the above timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of Joseffa.

If your returned package reaches us within 14 days, we will arrange for a refund within 30 calendar days. The refund will be made by the same means that the payment was made.

How long do I have to return an order?

When you purchase items from www.joseffa.com, you are entitled to return your purchase during a period of 14 calendar days, calculated from the day following the day on which you received the Product. The following products are not refundable or exchangeable: gift cards and articles which have been customised or manufactured according to your specific requirements

Once you have requested a return by completing the returns form on the website, your returned package must reach us within 7 days.

How much does it cost to return an order?

We cannot give you an indication of the cost to return an order as this will be at your own expense.

Will I get my money back if I return an order?

If the product you are returning satisfies all the conditions (in new condition, in its original packaging, unworn and unwashed etc.), the purchase price of the returned product will be refunded within 30 days. Only the amount actually paid will be refunded.

Will the postage costs be refunded if I return an order?

Joseffa will only pay the return costs and subsequent re-delivery costs (if applicable) if the return is a result of our error or the goods are faulty. Return postage costs will only be refunded if you received a product which was not the product you ordered or if the product was damaged when you received it.

In all other cases return postage costs will NOT be refunded.

Please note: you will only be reimbursed the original delivery charge where you exercise your statutory right to cancel as described in our returns policy. In the case of returns, you will only be refunded the value of the goods ordered.

Can I exchange a product?

If you wish to exchange a product for a different product or a different size or colour, you must return the product which you originally ordered and place a new order for the product you would like instead.

If the returned product satisfies the conditions, we will refund your payment.
